You must not store hazardous/dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.
You can store most anything in a self-storage unit. As stated above there are some items that require some preparation or special care when storing long term, and you can always ask our helpful staff for tips and advice.
We offer personalised pins to allow multi persons access to a singular unit, so if you require a trusted friend or family member to access your unit, you can share your access PIN code with them and they can gain access to your unit.
We always recommend purchasing contents insurance for your items in storage. In the case of a natural disaster out of our control, we want you to be covered. We offer insurance at $1.50 per $1000 of goods.
Pin access is 7 days per week from 5am to 9pm.
Our minimum storage period is 1 month, so you won’t be locked into a long term contract.
We have no maximum storage period, so you can rest assured that your goods are safe with us for as long as you need.
We offer a free move in truck, move in trolleys, and a large 2 tonne 3 x 3 metres goods hoist for upper level units.
Our box shop is fully stocked and we specialize in recycled boxes.
Our facility boasts CCTV with alarmed doors and movement sensors, automatic lighting and individually zoned areas, and it is remotely monitored. Your goods are safe with us, open or closed.
After the initial month or introductory deal period expires you can cancel with 14 days’ notice. Any unused storage fees are prorated and returned.
