We at My Self Storage can offer far more than just your regular storage space. Unlike many storage facilities we maintain our reception with 2 staff members present most of the time. This assists with an improved and dedicated response to all your logistical services and a business needs.

Parcel/delivery acceptance and dispatch

We accept parcels and deliveries on your behalf
Leave your outgoing parcels in our holding/staging unit ready for collection
We are on the regular courier routes with most stopping daily for distribution/collection
SMS service direct to your nominated mobile when we receive a delivery
Secure holding/staging unit within our office reception area under CCTV security.

Forklift and pallet trolley assistance

We have Pallet trolleys on site for use.
A forklift is available on arrangement to assist in with offsetting your deliveries
A walkie stacker is available on arrangement to assist with smaller deliveries
Pallet disposal available
Easy Off street access for large trucks

Container set down

Container set down point for easy load unload.
Shipping Container live offload permitted on arrangement
24 hours set down permitted without charge. (20 foot containers only)

Lockdown Business assist

We remain open during lockdowns
Continue distributions during extended lockdowns
Continue stock flow in and out during lockdowns
Operate Click and Collect services from your unit.
Leave you goods for collection at reception.

What other costs are there?
While we waive the hire fee a $50 insurance charge is applicable. The truck comes fueled but we ask that you top this up after use. All tolls and fines are the driver/storers responsibility. The hire fee is applicable on move out and move ins are given priority.

Don’t waste time or money waiting for a delivery. We are happy to proxy as your office staff accepting your deliveries

We can hold your parcels ready for dispatch in our secure unit within our reception area.

Can’t be on site we can complete the process online so you are ready to go.

Bringing in a truck or container load then calculate your required space here.

Don’t pay for space you don’t need. We have over 25 different size units that increment every 1/2 metre so finding a size to suit is a breeze. You can even book and hold a unit and if on the day it doesn’t suit we are happy to swap. No need to panic use the pictorial adjacent to secure your best estimate.
